1. Management reserves the right to prohibit, at its sole discretion, certain small pets at the

Apartment Community or to limit the number of small pets at the Apartment Community.

Regardless of the size, at no time shall Resident be permitted to keep on the Apartment

Community animals that are undomesticated, dangerous or not commonly known as pets,

as determined by Management in its sole discretion.

2. Permission for any pets in the Apartment Community must be secured in writing from Management before the pet resides in your apartment.

3. A Pet Addendum shall be signed immediately by the tenant.

4. A total of 2 pets are permitted per apartment.

5. Dog breed restrictions do apply.  The Apartment Community does not permit the

following dog breeds: Akitas, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Mastiffs, Pit Bulls,

Rottweilers, Great Dane, Malamutes, Presa Canario, Wolf Hybrids, Staffordshire

Terriers. Any mix of these breeds are also prohibited.

6. Cats must be neutered with supporting documentation provided for residents file.

7. Resident(s) shall keep the pet on a leash at all times that it is on the Apartment Community outside of Residents Apartment.

8. All residents are required to submit a dog DNA sampling to identify their pet in the Management Office in front of a Management employee upon move-in.

9. Visiting pets are not permitted at any time.
